ne.07fa.cc is an AI API token aggregation and reselling platform. We provide access to various third-party AI model APIs through a unified interface. We do not host, develop, or control the underlying AI models.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment and Tokens

• All payments are processed in advance (prepaid model).
• Purchased tokens are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Token balances are non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
• Unused tokens do not expire unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Resell or redistribute tokens without explicit authorization.
• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights.
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Service.

6. Third-Party AI Models

The Service acts as an intermediary to third-party AI model providers. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or quality of third-party model outputs. Use of third-party models is subject to their respective terms of service and acceptable use policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ne.07fa.cc and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. In case of termination, prepaid token balances may be forfeited.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
